Sam Ciraulo is a retired architect (N.Y.S. Lic. No. 020264) with over 23 years of professional experience in both private practice and government service. During his architectural career Sam’s experience ranged from designing small commercial building additions to monitoring and inspecting construction on multi-million dollar high-rise commercial, health care and educational projects in New York City and throughout New York State. Prior to his retirement in 2012, while serving as Director of Downstate Design for the New York State Dormitory Authority (DASNY), Sam supervised a multidisciplinary staff of professional engineers and architects, managed numerous NYC based design consultant contracts and was responsible for direct daily contact with large NYC based public and private corporate clients.
Sam’s photographic expertise is complimented by the depth of his experience as an architect and his detailed knowledge of buildings and the construction industry.
